Luis Cilimingras, a portfolio director at IDEO London, is passionate about how technology and communication combine to drive behaviour change. His background in industrial design, marketing and digital innovation make him an asset to project teams across industries and with diverse needs.
Indeed, since joining IDEO in 2010 Luis has led numerous projects, ranging from electric mobility to FMCG appliances, retail spaces or pharma to name a few.
Prior to joining IDEO in 2010, Luis worked as a brand manager and then the advertising manager for Fiat, helping to launch the Fiat 500 in Europe. He subsequently served as the head of digital innovation at the Fiat Group, where he oversaw the development and launch of Fiat eco:Drive, the first mass-market application of a connected vehicle that has prompted behaviour change among 100,000 drivers.
Luis has received numerous awards for innovation, communications and technology, including the Grand Prix at the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival and has spoken in major conferences like TED Active 2011, where he also facilitated a group around the topic of mobility.
