興味深い質問を投げかけたり、クリエイティブな探求を通じて、クライアントやコラボレーターが新たな機会を創出することを手助けすることに情熱を注ぐ。前職では"Disney Interactive Labsのデザインチーム長を担当し、最新技術を駆使して世界中のディズニー来園者へ没入感のある体験を提供。また、東京に小さなデザインスタジオを立ち上げた経験もあり、オンライン教育スタートアップの共同設立者でもある。
ニュージーランドのUNITEC工科大学にてビジュアルコミュニケーションを学び、デザイン学士号を取得。音楽、建築、写真、映画、ヨガ、瞑想が趣味。良き夫・父親でもある。
Nathan is a Learning Director at IDEO Tokyo, focusing on Learning Programs for our clients. He is passionate about helping individuals, teams, and organizations learn how to navigate change through design, creativity, and play.
Prior to joining IDEO, Nathan led the research and design team at Disney Interactive Labs in Los Angeles for 6 years, crafting immersive experiences with emerging technologies for Disney Guests around the world. Previously, he built a small design studio in Tokyo, co-founded an online education startup, and worked on in-house teams and agencies in Tokyo, London, and Auckland.
Nathan holds a BDes degree in Visual Communication from UNITEC Institute of Technology in New Zealand and loves music, architecture, photography, film, yoga, meditation, mushrooms, and being a husband and father of two.
