ラーニングプログラムのシニア・デザイナーとして様々なプログラムを通し、クリエイティビティやスキルセットを培い、マインドセットシフトを通じて企業の文化変革を支援している。 以前は、SAPで製造業を中心とした日本のクライアントのデジタルトランスフォーメーションに携わり、その後WeWork Japanの初期メンバーとして、複数のオフィスのオープニングをサポートしながら国内の組織や人事開発を担当。
サンフランシスコ州立大学で経営学を専攻。沖縄とサンフランシスコを行き来しながら育ち、様々な文化が交わる場所がインスピレーションの元となっている。
Keisuke Hernandez is a Senior Designer, Learning Programs. He listens, empathizes, and explores client challenges in order to understand what is needed to be done for Organization Transformation. Prior to IDEO, he worked at SAP to help Japanese manufacturers digitize their products and services/to catalyze the digital transformation of Japanese manufacturers. Keisuke, as one of the early members at WeWork Japan, also contributed to the opening of multiple offices in the country and took ownership of discovering, designing, and delivering the company’s local L&D initiatives.
Keisuke studied Business Management at San Francisco State University. Growing up in Okinawa and San Francisco, Keisuke finds inspiration in a mixture of cultures.
